All Nautilus and Avenger Safety Footwear Electrical Hazard (EH) styles are designed, constructed and manufactured with non-conductive electric shock resistant soles and heels so that the footwear outsole provides a secondary source of electric shock resistance protection to the wearer.The protective outsole provides a grounding system which intentionally creates a low-resistance path that connects to the earth protecting the wearer against the buildup of voltages that could cause an electrical accident or shock.
